I came across this tragic story about Edgar Emiliano Rojas and his cousin, and it just breaks my heart to think of what their families are going through. I've been following the developments, and one thing that stands out to me is the role of the community in helping find answers. It's amazing to see people coming together, but it’s sad that it takes something this awful to highlight the need for tighter community bonds and police collaboration. I wonder if more neighborhood programs or watch groups could help prevent such tragedies in the future. If anyone has any ideas or examples of where this kind of community action has worked elsewhere, it would be great to hear about it. My thoughts are with both the Rojas and Menchaca families.
