Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Aurimar Iturriago, and one aspect that really got to me was learning about her dream to help her mom back in Venezuela. It's hard to imagine the mix of fear and hope she must have felt when she came to the U.S., trying to make life better not just for herself, but for her family as well. This dream was probably a big part of what motivated her every day, and it's so frustrating and sad that such a senseless act cut her journey so short. How many times have we just driven down a street without a second thought, never imagining that something like road rage could escalate to such a tragic end? I really hope that by discussing these stories, we can bring more attention to the dangers of road rage and prevent another family from experiencing such a devastating loss. Sending my deepest sympathies to her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
