I’ve been thinking a lot about Anthony’s love for the elderly. It's such a beautiful trait, especially in someone so young. He must have had a gentle soul, and I can only imagine how much joy he brought to the seniors he spent time with. It's so tough knowing the world lost someone with such compassion and patience. I hope his legacy of kindness continues to inspire others, especially young people, to give their time and care to those who need it most. If any of you have stories or memories of Anthony, especially about his time volunteering or being with the elderly, sharing them here could be a lovely way to honor his memory. We're all here to support his family and friends through this unimaginable time.
I was thinking a lot about the surveillance footage from the burglary at Anthony's apartment. It’s just infuriating and incredibly disrespectful to see how some people have absolutely no conscience. It must have been soul-crushing for Anthony’s family to know that, while they were grieving a young life lost, others were taking advantage of that vulnerability. Stealing from someone who can no longer defend themselves is a disturbing and heartless act. I feel for Anthony’s parents and loved ones who are navigating this unimaginable pain and dealing with these extra layers of betrayal. I truly hope justice is served for all involved, and his family can find some measure of peace in this tough time.
