Has anyone else been thinking about the courage it must have taken for Ja'Dee Turner to end her relationship with Milton Cole? It's just so upsetting to think that she made a brave decision to prioritize her well-being, only for this tragedy to happen. Turner's decision to leave him shows how self-aware and strong she was, which is not easy when facing controlling behavior. It’s a stark reminder for all of us to pay attention to signs of manipulation, both in our own lives and in those we care about. My heart goes out to her family and friends who have to endure such unimaginable pain. They deserve so much support and love right now. It’s also amazing to see the community come together to support them during this time. Does anyone know of any organizations in Houston that might be helping people in similar situations? Let's keep spreading awareness about red flags in relationships.
