Hey everyone, I’ve been following the discussions about Joshua "Yoshi" Ruiz's case, and I’m particularly curious about Miguel Gomez’s background. From what I’ve gathered, he was a registered sex offender and somehow got a position at the same tattoo shop where Yoshi worked. It just blows my mind how someone with that type of record could be around others in such a close environment. Did anyone else think the same? It feels like such a huge red flag that went unnoticed. I can’t even begin to imagine what Yoshi’s family is going through, knowing that a man capable of such violence slipped through the cracks. If anyone has more info on how he landed the job or if there were any previous altercations that weren’t highlighted, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Yoshi’s kiddos deserve justice and every detail could help. Stay safe out there, folks, and let’s keep supporting the Ruiz family however we can.

Did anyone see the news report last night about the vigil held for Joshua Ruiz, aka "Yoshi"? It was incredibly touching to see the community coming together to honor his memory. The turnout really showed how much Yoshi meant to everyone who knew him. It must be so hard for his children and family to cope with such a tremendous loss. I can’t imagine the pain they’re going through. I read that Diaz Middle School, where his oldest daughter, Alora, attends, is organizing a fundraiser to help the family with expenses. If anyone is in the area and able to contribute or even show support by attending, it would mean the world to them. Joshua’s story has truly shaken our community, and it’s so important that we continue to stand by his family through this ordeal. Keep spreading the word about Miguel Gomez, the more people that are aware, the sooner justice can be served for Joshua and his loved ones.

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible person Joshua Ruiz was. It’s clear he had a real passion for tattoo artistry, which is such an intimate and expressive form of art. It’s heard that Joshua, or "Yoshi" as many knew him, shared this passion with everyone around him, leaving permanent memories not just on skin, but also in the hearts of those he worked with at All Stars Ink. I can only imagine how much his clients must have appreciated not only his talent but also the warmth and good humor he brought to each session. In a world where so many people are looking for genuine connections, Joshua provided that through his art and his personality. It's a testament to his character that he left such a strong impression on so many, and this senseless tragedy has undoubtedly shaken those who knew the vibrant person he was. My thoughts are with his children and family as they cope with this devastating loss. Hopefully, as the case progresses, they find the justice and peace that they deserve.
