Has anyone else been following the trial for Johnny Wade's sentencing? I've been thinking a lot about the courage and resilience shown by Markel's family throughout this whole tragedy. It's beyond comprehension to lose not just one but two loved ones in such a violent way. I can't imagine the strength it takes to show up to court day after day facing those responsible. It's a small comfort to see justice moving forward, but nothing can truly make up for the loss they've endured. Sending out thoughts to their family and hope they find some measure of peace in the support from their community.
