Has anyone else looked into the significant role Detective Josh Walters played in Moore's apprehension? From what I've gathered, Walters really seemed to be on top of everything during the investigation, and it sounds like his efforts were crucial in finally locating Moore after he had been on the run for so long. It's relieving to know there are dedicated officers out there who don't give up when it comes to bringing justice for victims like Justin Roake. It’s infuriating to think that someone charged with something so serious could evade capture for over a year. I can't imagine what Justin's family must have gone through during that time, knowing one of the individuals responsible was still out there. Walters and the entire task force should be commended for their perseverance. Thoughts from others who follow these case developments closely?
