I've been following the case of Kentrell Provens, and I keep thinking about the tragic loss his family is enduring. It's truly unimaginable. Kentrell was just standing outside his home, and his life was senselessly taken from him. The fact that this happened right at his doorstep, a place where he should have felt safe, makes it even more devastating. I read about the block party that Kentrell's mother organized—it’s such a powerful testament to his life and a call for change. It’s hard to believe there's still no justice for him. How is it possible that no arrests have been made after all this time? The lack of closure must be so painful for his loved ones. I really hope that the ongoing investigation will soon bring some answers and peace to Kentrell’s family and community. We need to keep having these conversations about gun violence because no family should have to go through something like this. Sending thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by this tragedy.
