It's truly devastating to see such senseless violence claiming the life of someone so young and full of potential. I recently read about the tensions between the two groups, Loud Ink and 400, and it just makes me wonder how much of a role these affiliations played in the tragic events of that night. To think that such rivalries could escalate to the point of losing a life is incredibly saddening. My heart goes out to Vanessa Sanders, who must have been terrified during the attack. It's a blessing she survived, but I can only imagine the trauma she must be going through after witnessing the death of her friend. I hope the community comes together to support Charles Whitfield’s family and friends through this unimaginably difficult time, and that justice is served for everyone involved.
