I'm just feeling for the friends and family of Jermaine Aldridge right now. I came across details about the confrontation between him and Eddie Smith, and it's shocking how quickly arguments can escalate to life-altering violence. It's terrible to think that a dispute over relationships could lead to such a tragic loss. I can't help but wonder what might have been different if there had been an opportunity for intervention before things got out of hand.
