Hi everyone, I’ve been following Arthur "Artie" Halfich Jr.'s case for a while now, and something's been bugging me. Artie was last known to frequent areas with other transients, especially under that bridge in Portland. Do you think it's possible someone else in that community might know more about what happened to him? I feel like sometimes these tight-knit circles of people experiencing homelessness might have seen or heard something that wouldn't be on the police's radar otherwise. I've been digging into this idea, but obviously it's a challenge. I'm curious if anyone here has experience reaching out to folks in similar situations or if local outreach programs or shelters might have any leads or memories regarding Artie. Anything might be a helpful piece of the puzzle. Let's keep the hope alive and continue to spread awareness. Thanks!
