Does anyone have more information on the witness who saw the man with blonde dreadlocks running away from the scene where Victor Connor was found? It seems like that could be a crucial lead, yet it seems to have gone nowhere. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for Victor’s family to know this detail and still have no answers. A family friend mentioned how much Victor loved Nashville and how he dreamed of making a positive impact there. It's so sad to think that his life was cut short in the very place he cherished. If anyone has any updates or thoughts on this lead, please share. Victor deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.
I've been following Victor Connor's case for a while now, and it's truly puzzling.
