I've been following Jalen Johnson-Milan's case, and I can't help but focus on the courtroom dynamics during the trial. It's unsettling to think that despite hours of testimony and what seemed like clear evidence of wrongdoing, the jury found most of the defendants not guilty. I wonder if it came down to the prosecution's strategy or perhaps the defense's ability to cast reasonable doubt? It must be so incredibly hard for Jalen's family, having to relive the trauma throughout the trial and then face a verdict that doesn't align with their pursuit for justice. The whole situation showcases not only flaws in the legal process but also how it can deeply affect the loved ones left behind. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved Jalen. His family deserves answers and, above all, peace.
