Was anyone else struck by the fact that Marvin Waller had just talked with a friend moments before this tragedy unfolded? It’s chilling to think about how quickly a situation can escalate, and how someone you were just conversing with could become a witness to your last moments.
I can't imagine what that friend is going through now, grappling with this senseless loss and possibly holding pieces of information that might help solve the case. If anyone knows the friend or even has any details, please encourage them to speak up. It doesn’t sound like this was a random act, and gathering more info could prevent this from happening to someone else.
