Did anyone else follow the details about how meticulously planned this murder was? It's just chilling to think about. I’ve been reflecting on how technology played a role in their preparation. The way the Strouths used internet searches to try to evade capture is absolutely baffling. It’s hard to comprehend the cold, calculated mindset they had.
My thoughts are with Michael Heatherly’s family as they relive this ordeal through the legal process. I can’t imagine how daunting it must be for them with Ashley Strouth’s trial coming up. Let's hope that justice continues to be served.

Ashley keeps wiggling her way out of going to trial. And the judge keeps letting her. Now it might be September of 2026.

I keep thinking about the surveillance footage from that Walmart parking lot. It's so unsettling to imagine such a busy place being the scene of something so tragic. The fact that this happened in broad daylight shows a level of boldness that makes my skin crawl. I wonder how many witnesses must have been around, maybe unaware of what really went down. It’s hard not to think about the employees and shoppers who were there, possibly just steps away. It could affect them too, knowing something so awful happened so close by. My heart goes out to all of them as well as Michael Heatherly’s loved ones. It’s a powerful reminder of how life can change in an instant without warning.
