Has anyone else been following the Evan Derry case from Chattanooga? I can't stop thinking about how terrifying that night must have been for him. The fact that he was just 20 and had so much potential makes it even more devastating. I've read that Evan was really into outdoor activities and had a creative side that lit up any room he walked into. It breaks my heart to think of someone so young and full of life being caught in such a dangerous situation. I do wonder about what drove Terrence Lewis to orchestrate such a violent plan. The desperation and betrayal involved are just beyond comprehension. It's comforting to know that justice has been served with the guilty verdict, but nothing can ever bring Evan back to those who loved him. I hope his family finds some peace and remembers him for the bright spirit he was. Stay safe out there, everyone.
