I’ve been following the discussion about Harvey Dwayne Harper’s case, and something that’s been on my mind is the location where he was found. Oak Street Park in Winchester seems like a well-frequented spot for locals. I wonder if anyone in the area remembers seeing anything unusual that day or might have subconsciously noticed something out of place at the park. It's a small town—surely word travels fast there. If anyone has even the tiniest bit of information or can think back to that day, it could really make a difference. My heart goes out to his family and friends. It must be unbearable not having answers or closure. Let's continue to keep this conversation going and hope someone comes forward with information that helps crack the case wide open.
