I've been thinking about the role that Marcus Anderson's apartment played in this case, and it's just so difficult to wrap my head around how something so violent could happen in someone’s personal space. It's where you’re supposed to feel safe, you know? The fact that King and Davis initially traveled from Memphis to Nashville and ended up at Marcus’s place is chilling. It makes me wonder how well Marcus knew them before all of this happened. Did he anticipate any tension that night, or did this come completely out of the blue? My heart goes out to Marcus’s family and friends. Losing someone is hard enough, but under such horrible circumstances, it's unimaginable. It’s a stark reminder of how quickly things can turn tragic. We've got to keep talking about these cases to keep the memories of the victims alive and continue learning from them.
