Hey everyone, I've been following the Walter Cirilo Vail case for a while now and just can't shake the feeling of frustration for his family and friends. One thing that's struck me lately is the location where he was found. Delaware Avenue is pretty populated, right? There must have been some folks around or maybe security cameras nearby that could have captured something. I'm curious if anyone knows about any businesses or residents in that area who might have had cameras up back in 2019. It feels like even a small piece of footage could really help the investigation. Also, does anyone in the Knoxville community know if the police have done a thorough canvassing for witnesses or any potential footage from that day? It's just such a puzzle, and I deeply hope that someone out there holds the key to bringing some closure to Walter's loved ones. If you're local and hear anything, let’s keep sharing info!
