Hello everyone, I recently came across the case of Nilo Balbuena from Miami Beach, and something about it really struck me. I'm curious if anyone else finds it peculiar how no one in the surrounding neighborhoods reported seeing him on the day he disappeared. Considering Nilo had Alzheimer's, you’d think someone would have noticed a confused man wandering around. It would have been hard to miss! Do you think there could be something more to his disappearance, or is it just a tragic case of a vulnerable man wandering off without anyone noticing? I keep wondering if enough canvassing was done in the area at the time. Perhaps someone might remember something if the case is brought back into the public eye. Any thoughts on why this case seems to have so little information despite being an open investigation for so long? It’s been more than a decade, and I feel like there should be some trace of him somewhere. If you were familiar with the area back in 2006 or have any insights into similar cases, I’d love to hear your perspective. Let’s keep discussing and sharing ideas.
