Did you guys see those community events held in Edith's honor after her tragic passing? Her church and neighbors really came together to remember her legacy and support each other. It's so meaningful to see how deeply she was loved and appreciated by everyone in Elizabethton. Makes you think about how much impact someone can have in their community, even in a small town. The way everyone spoke about her kindness and generosity at those gatherings really paints a picture of the wonderful person she was. My heart goes out to her family, especially Jeff and all her nieces and nephews who have to navigate life without her presence. If anyone attended those memorials or church services, it would be helpful to hear more about how the community is coping and remembering her. ?️
