Has anyone else noticed the significance of the location where Ricky was found? North Liberty Street in downtown Jackson is pretty busy, even at night. I find it puzzling that there weren't any witnesses who came forward with useful information. You'd think someone might have seen something around 11 p.m., especially since Ricky was found on the street. I feel for his family... it must be incredibly frustrating for them not to have any answers all these years later. I'm hoping that maybe someone remembers something, even if it seems insignificant, and comes forward to help his family get the justice they deserve. Keeping Ricky and his loved ones in my thoughts.
