I’ve been following the discussion on the tragic shooting at the vigil on South 8th Street, and my heart goes out to the friends and family of Derontae Teasley and the other victims. It’s disturbing to think how something meant to honor and remember could turn into a scene of violence.
I noticed a few people mentioning the pandemic masks worn by the suspects. Given how common those masks were in 2020, it’s challenging for eyewitnesses to provide detailed descriptions of the shooters.
