I’ve been following Terita Smith’s case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the location where she was found. Cypress Road seems like such a quiet area—it's hard to wrap my head around how something so terrible could happen there without anybody seeing anything. It's frustrating to think that someone might have seen or heard something that night but hasn't come forward yet.
It’s understandable people might be scared or feel that what they know isn't significant, but any small detail could be the missing link the investigators need. My heart goes out to Terita's family, especially her father. I can’t imagine the anguish he’s dealing with as he waits for some form of resolution. It's so important for us as a community to support them and help bring attention to this case.
If anyone reading this knows something, please reach out to the authorities. Even an anonymous tip could make a difference. We owe it to Terita and her loved ones to find justice.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Terita Smith’s case, and I’m really struck by the silence surrounding it. I keep thinking about how difficult it must be for Terita's dad, Major Cook, to not have the answers he so desperately needs. It’s frustrating to see how tight-lipped the community seems to be. We always hear about how important community involvement is for solving these kinds of cases, and it’s tough to see that not happening here.
I was also wondering about the stats on shootings in Memphis. Is this a pattern? Or is Terita's case an anomaly? It just really seems like more people should be stepping up to share what they know. I really hope those who do have information find it within themselves to speak up. Keeping secrets only prolongs the suffering for Terita's family. Sending love to her daughter and family during this incredibly painful time. Let’s hope the right tip comes through soon.
