I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where Charles Kyle Jr. was shot. Rosemont Apartments in the Glenwood area seem to have a reputation for being a tough spot, but I’ve never understood just how much that reflects on the level of safety there. Does anyone familiar with the neighborhood have any insights on this? I’ve read different things, but hearing from locals or people who know the area well might be helpful. It’s just so tragic how someone’s life can be cut short like this, in a place where people live and should feel safe. My thoughts are with Charles’s family and friends as they navigate through this. It's hard to find peace when something so horrific happens so close to home. If anyone has information, reaching out to the police could really make a difference.
I was just thinking about the surveillance cameras at the Rosemont Apartments. Does anyone know if there were any functioning cameras in the area where Charles Kyle Jr. was shot? It seems like they could hold crucial evidence if they were available and actually working at the time. It's so frustrating when such a critical piece of evidence could be right there, but then you never know if the cameras were operational or if the footage was even captured. If anyone has heard anything about this or if the police have mentioned video evidence, it would be great to know. My heart truly goes out to Charles’ family and friends.
