I can't help but think about the community aspect of this case. Kodie seemed to have such a strong support network, especially within the local drag scene. The way Dru's Place and its patrons have come together to honor him speaks volumes about the kind of person he must have been. It's incredible how one person’s influence can ripple through so many lives. I feel for everyone who shared in his performances and laughter and who are now trying to find ways to cope with his absence. I hope that the continued support will help not only in raising the necessary funds for his family but also in keeping Kodie’s memory alive. If anything, it sheds a light on the importance of community in times of tragedy.

I was just thinking about the location where Kodie Mikey Lewis was found. It's unsettling to know that he was discovered in an abandoned apartment complex. It makes me wonder if this place was a known hangout spot or if it was just random. How well-lit or secure can a location like that be? Wouldn’t there be more patrols around such areas? It’s troubling to think about what he might have gone through there on what should have been a celebratory night. My heart goes out to his family and friends, and I hope someone comes forward with information soon. He deserved so much better, and his community clearly misses him dearly.
