In the early hours of a Saturday in Milwaukee, the lives of two best friends were brought to a tragic and violent end. On June 4, 2016, 31-year-old African-American male Diamond Webb and his close friend, Westley Thaddeus Barksdale, also 31, were found deceased in an alley near 21st and Atkinson. The grim discovery was made by a neighbor who found one of the bodies in a trash bin; the other was located nearby. A red car was also reported to be parked in the vicinity.
