Was anyone in the neighborhood around 43rd and Girard on the night of November 5th, 2011? I’ve been thinking about Steven Eric Meyer’s case and how tragic it is that someone could just vanish like that without leaving more of a trace. He seemed to have genuinely been making an effort to turn his life around. I can’t help but wonder whether someone might have seen or heard something that seemed insignificant at the time but could now be vital. North Minneapolis was having such a rough time back then, which maybe makes it even harder to crack these cases. I really hope that one day someone comes forward with information, no matter how small. Steven’s family and friends deserve closure and justice. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to live with unanswered questions all these years. If anyone knows something, even if it seems trivial, please reach out to the authorities.
