In the late summer of 2019, a family's life was interrupted by the sudden disappearance of a loved one. Seventeen-year-old Micayla Davonne Howell, a young female from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was last seen on August 6, 2019. At the time she went missing, she was described as a Black / African American female, standing at five feet four inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds.
