I’ve been following Corporal Owen’s case for some time, and something that always caught my attention is the alleged police corruption involved. It’s truly unsettling to think that the very people who were supposed to bring justice might have played a role in muddying the waters. The fact that the crime scene was compromised due to a fire rig washing the area is suspicious and raises so many questions. It makes me wonder if someone on the inside wanted evidence to disappear or if it was just a grave oversight. My heart goes out to Corporal Owen’s family, having to live with these unanswered questions for so long. For his sake, and theirs, I hope that the truth comes out someday. It seems like the key to solving this case might well lie buried in the precinct itself. Have any other locals heard anything credible about these corruption allegations over the years?
