I was recently browsing through some unsolved cases, and I came across the tragic story of Vincent Keith Pray Jr. It's devastating to hear about another young life cut short by gun violence. Vincent was only 18 when he passed away in Chester, PA, back in 1990. It's frustrating that there seems to be so little information available about what happened to him.
