I've been following Richard Jinkins' case for a while now, and something that really puzzles me is the role of the witness statements. It's so frustrating to think that these discrepancies have led to two hung juries. How can it be possible that after all this time, there’s still no consensus on what really happened that night near I-94? I can’t imagine how hard it must be for Richard's family and friends to cope with this ongoing uncertainty. They deserve closure and justice. Also, is anyone else curious whether there might have been some reluctance or fear in coming forward with consistent testimonies? It seems like this case had so many pieces, but they just never fit together properly. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved him, hoping they eventually get the answers they need.
