Hi everyone, I wanted to discuss something I noticed about the search efforts for Willie Parker. With Willie dealing with dementia, time is of the essence in these cases. I've read that scent-detection dog teams can be particularly effective in locating individuals with cognitive impairments. Does anyone know if they've been utilized in this case?
