Has anyone else been following the possible connection between Melvia's disappearance and the local wildlife refuge just outside Horse Branch? I've been reading about how some missing person cases have unexpected links to nature reserves or parks. This area around Horse Branch is known to be pretty dense with trails and wooded areas, and Melvia apparently liked spending time outdoors. I wonder if the search efforts focused enough on these less obvious spots. It would be great to hear if anyone has insights into how thoroughly these areas were checked or if there are plans to revisit them. Sometimes clues turn up long after initial searches, so maybe there’s hope yet. Thoughts?
