Hey everyone, I just came across Matthew Powell's case from 2003, and I can’t stop thinking about how little information there is out there. It's so frustrating to see cases like his just fade without real answers. A young life cut short, and yet it seems like details about what happened and if justice was served are nowhere to be found. Does anyone here have more information or know where we might dig up some additional details? Maybe local archives or even someone who remembers news from back then could shed some light on this? My heart goes out to his family and anyone who knew him. They deserve peace, and it’s sad to think they might still be waiting for answers.

Hey everyone, I've been digging into Matthew Powell's case from 2003, and it's so upsetting that this young man's story doesn't have the attention it deserves. His name is listed among those we've lost to gun violence, but beyond that, it's like he vanished from the records. I've noticed that many cases from that time struggle with digital records, which makes it even more heartbreaking for families looking for closure and answers. I'm curious if anyone here has tried accessing local archives or even reached out to local news papers from back then. It's been two decades, but perhaps shedding new light on Matthew's story could help his family find some peace. Does anyone have any ideas on how we might push for more information to be released or remembered? Let's keep this conversation going. ?️
