Has anyone else been following the Diamere Reed case? It’s been haunting me ever since I heard about it. Just thinking about that young man kneeling on the sidewalk is so haunting. What a horrifying thing for anyone to witness. I can’t even begin to imagine what his family is going through. I noticed that this was the 11th homicide in Chester in just six months. It's so concerning that these violent incidents keep happening. The mayor declared a state of emergency and increased police presence, but I wonder if that's really enough to get to the root of the problem. These measures might help in the short term, but there has to be a deeper solution, right? Also, I’m curious about how the investigation is going. It’s frustrating that there haven’t been any arrests yet. Does anyone know if there’s been any progress or if people in the community are coming forward with information? I really hope those who loved Diamere can find some peace soon. It just feels so important for the community to step up and work together with the authorities on this.
