Hey everyone, I've been following the case involving Kianna Rae Jackson and the other women who went missing around the same time in Santa Ana, and something's really been bugging me. I keep thinking about the role of GPS monitoring for offenders like Franc Cano and Steven Dean Gordon. These guys were being tracked, yet they still managed to commit these horrible crimes. How did they manage to stay under the radar for so long? Was there a failure in the system, or did they find a way to bypass it? It's frightening to realize that even with modern technology, such serious gaps exist. If anyone has insights on how GPS tracking actually works in these cases, I'd love to hear your thoughts. It's crucial we learn from this to prevent future tragedies.
Hey everyone,
I've been digging deeper into Kianna Rae Jackson's case, and something that's really been bothering me is the role of the GPS monitoring. Both Franc Cano and Steven Dean Gordon were wearing these devices when the women disappeared. How is it possible that these guys slipped under the radar if they were being tracked? It seems like such a huge gap in the system that should have been an extra layer of security for these women, but that clearly wasn't the case.
Were there any details released about how closely law enforcement was actually monitoring their movements? Do you think this was a technology failure, or was it more of a human oversight? I just can't wrap my head around how such an essential tool didn't prevent these awful events from happening. Any insights would be really appreciated!
