Did anyone else attend the memorial for Winston McCullough Jr. on Hummel Street? I was there, and it was incredibly moving to see how much support the community has shown for his family and friends. You could feel the love and shared grief for such a young life lost so senselessly. Several of Winston's friends spoke about the wonderful person he was—full of life and dreams. It's just so sad to think about what could have been. I hope this tragedy leads to real conversations on gun safety and accountability. Remembering Winston should also mean honoring his life by making sure something like this never happens again. My thoughts are with his family during this unimaginable time.
