I’ve been thinking about Margaret St. John Durham a lot lately. A close friend once mentioned how much Margaret loved her garden. Apparently, she could spend hours tending to her flowers, especially her beloved roses. It's incredibly sad to think that someone with such a nurturing and gentle spirit had to face such a tragic end. It just goes to show how domestic violence can hide behind the façade of an ordinary life, even in tight-knit communities like Eagleview. I hope her passion for gardening inspires all of us to cherish the small, beautiful things in life and to never overlook the subtle cries for help from those we care about. My heart goes out to everyone who knew her and is still grappling with this loss.
