I was recently looking into Luke Arduini's case and was struck by the fact that he left his insulin behind. As someone with a medical condition myself, I find it odd because leaving without medication seems uncharacteristic for someone who knows they need it to manage their health. Did anyone ever visit his apartment to see if there was any sign he took an extra bottle or anything? I wonder if there might have been struggles with his condition leading up to his disappearance or if he had plans to quickly return. I can't help but think this detail might hold more significance than initially suspected. Thoughts or insights from anyone familiar with similar cases?
