Hi everyone, I couldn’t stop thinking about the decision to grant Kevin Ewing bail before Tierne's tragic death. It’s terrifying to think that someone with such a documented history of violence could be released so easily. How did the system fail Tierne so badly? I understand that bail is a right, but shouldn't there be stricter evaluations, especially when there's a pattern of abuse and violence? I can’t imagine what Tierne’s family is going through, knowing that this might have been preventable. My heart really goes out to them. This case just emphasizes how critical it is to reassess how we handle bail in cases with such severe backgrounds. Would love to hear everyone else’s thoughts on how this process could be improved to protect future victims. Thanks for listening.

Have y'all been following the tragic story of Tierne Ewing? It's absolutely devastating what happened to her. One thing I can't wrap my head around is how Kevin Ewing was released on bail with his history of abuse and violence. It's infuriating to think that despite his past actions, he was still granted the chance to walk free, even for a short time. The system really needs to be questioned when it comes to protecting victims of domestic violence. How many more must suffer before there's a change in how bail is handled in these cases? Tierne deserved better, and my heart goes out to her family for what they're going through. What are your thoughts on how the legal system approaches bail in cases with such a dangerous history?
