I’ve been following Bruce’s case and wanted to share something that resonated with me—the incredible resilience of his twin sister, Ah-Janae. Losing a sibling, especially a twin, must be unimaginable and yet, from the updates I’ve seen, she carries on with grace and strength. It’s inspiring to see how the community, including her church family from Moving Forward in Florida, has rallied around her and their family. They’ve shown immense support, helping keep Bruce’s memory alive while also focusing on preventing more tragedies like this. It’s comforting to know they have so much love surrounding them during such a dark time. Every time I hear about Bruce’s love for basketball and gaming, it hits hard thinking about all he could’ve achieved and how abrupt it all ended. We never realize the enormous potential of the young people we lose until it’s too late. My heart goes out to Danita and Ah-Janae for their loss and hope they continue finding strength in the memories they cherish.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following Bruce Criddell Jr.'s case for a while now, and can't stop thinking about his mother, Danita. Losing a child is an unimaginable pain, and it must be even more difficult knowing someone intentionally hurt your baby. Bruce sounded like such a sweet soul, with so much ahead of him. The love he had for basketball and gaming on his Xbox One shows how normal and relatable he was—just like so many teenagers we know. It's particularly hard to digest how someone like Reynold Henry could arrange this tragedy. It makes me question the choices that lead people down such dark paths. While I'm relieved that justice was served, I hope that Danita and Ah-Janae find some comfort in the memories they shared with Bruce. This case really underscores the dire need for community outreach and support systems, especially for young people. We shouldn't be losing kids to violence like this. If anyone has thoughts or opinions on how communities can prevent such mourning by tackling the root causes of these issues, I'd love to hear them. Sending strength and love to all those affected. ? Stay safe, everyone.
