Hey everyone, I've been going through Nicole's case details and something that's been bugging me is the single phone ping in the Del Camino area. It's odd to me that her phone registered there once and never again. Del Camino isn’t far from Mead, but if she was last seen back at her friend's house in Longmont, what could have taken her phone to Del Camino? Did she know someone in the area? Or could she have been hitchhiking again as her boyfriend mentioned? It seems like a crucial lead that might have been overlooked or not fully investigated back when this was first classified as a runaway case. Also, about the boyfriend's statement—shouldn’t law enforcement have looked into who she might have been hitchhiking with? Especially since he was out of state, it doesn't seem like it should have been dismissed so easily. Could there be more to this ping, like a potential connection to someone living in Del Camino? Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this angle.
