Has anyone else looked into the weather on April 23, 2014, in New Rochelle? I'm just wondering if there might be any significance regarding how Robert Vail went missing. Considering he was homeless, shifts in weather could have influenced his movements. If it was raining or cold, he might have sought shelter in a place he wouldn’t ordinarily go. It’s just something that’s been on my mind since the area wasn’t the safest to begin with. It also makes you think about how vulnerable those without stable housing are to the elements and unpredictable events. Thoughts?
