Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the community's response since Shelton Hayes' tragic murder. It's incredible to see the outpouring of memories and tributes from those who knew him. He truly seems to have left a lasting impression on everyone he met. From what I've read and heard, his dedication to his family and profession was unparalleled.
But it’s also incredibly frustrating that, despite his positive impact, justice hasn't been meted out yet. It’s a reminder of how the tight-knit community Shelton helped build is still holding strong and rallying together, seeking answers. I believe there’s always hope that someone out there might have a key piece of information.
If you're reading this and haven't shared something you might know, however small, I urge you to add your voice to the fight for justice. Rest in peace, Shelton. We’ll keep your memory alive and continue hoping for answers. Sending love to Rhonda Gore and the rest of his family. Let's stay strong and keep pushing for justice.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Shelton T. Hayes case, and something that's really stayed with me is how his mother, Rhonda, is coping with everything. Losing a child in such a tragic way is unimaginable, but the way she's stepped up to keep his business going is truly inspiring. It's a testament to her strength and her love for Shelton. I can't even begin to understand how she finds the energy to deal with day-to-day life while also pushing for justice.
I just wanted to highlight her perseverance in all of this. It's been over five years without answers, and she still manages to stay active, advocating for her son and calling for tips. If anything, I hope that seeing how much she continues to fight will encourage others who might have information to finally come forward. No one should have to carry this kind of pain alone. Keeping the faith that Rhonda will get the closure she and her family deserve.
Does anyone else have thoughts on how families can keep the memory of their loved ones alive while seeking justice? Would love to hear what others think about how the community can support them.
Sending strength to the Hayes family.
