Wow, I just can't stop thinking about the ShotSpotter technology in this case. It's mind-blowing how a piece of tech responded to the gunshots and led police directly to Shanon Williams. It makes me wonder how many more cases are out there where immediate response like this could have made a difference. But it's so disheartening that even with such advancements, the violence continues unabated. I hope that with better tools, communities can start to see real change. Sending strength and love to Shanon's family and friends. No one should have to endure such pain, especially around the holidays. Would love to hear thoughts about how technology might help reduce violence in areas like Pittsburgh.

I’ve been following Shannon Williams' case since it happened, and something that really sticks out to me is how gun violence is still such a prominent issue in Pittsburgh and similar communities. I think about the ripple effects this has, not only on Williams' family and friends but on the community as a whole. It's a painful reminder of how systemic and deeply rooted these problems are, especially affecting young Black men. I wonder if there are any recent updates from local community programs aimed at reducing such violence. Last I heard, there were some efforts being made, but it's hard to say if any real progress is happening. It's frustrating to see these lives cut short, and I really hope the community can come together to create more effective solutions. If anyone has information on how the community is addressing this, it would be great to hear how we can support those efforts.
