Hey everyone, I've been following Norman Clarence Manuel's case from Pittsburgh, and I cannot stop thinking about how this has impacted his family and friends. East Liberty used to be a place where Norman felt at ease, and now it's the site of this tragic loss. Does anyone have any insights into whether he knew people in that area, or if he had mentioned feeling uneasy there before? It's frustrating to see justice still unserved after so long. I really hope someone comes forward with information soon, even the smallest detail could help bring closure to everyone who cared for him. My thoughts go out to all who knew and loved Norman. Anyone closer to the area have any updates?
