Hey everyone, I’ve been following Lee Arvie’s case and I can't stop thinking about the impact this violence has on our community, specifically the young ones like Lee's daughter, Mya. I can’t imagine what she must be going through, losing her father at such a tender age. It’s devastating to think that her memories of him will be shaped by photos and stories rather than shared experiences as she grows up. It’s crucial that justice is found not only for Lee and his family but for Mya too, so she knows that her father’s life mattered and that the community stands behind them. This senseless violence needs to stop. If anyone has more resources or ideas about how we can come together to support families affected by tragedies like this, please share. We need to show these families that they're not alone and that we're fighting alongside them for justice and peace in our community.
