Wow, this whole situation is just so tragic and complex. I’ve been following the updates closely, and one thing that’s really been sticking with me is how Andrew Howell, Jamil’s father, has been handling this. It must be incredibly difficult to deal with losing a son, especially in such a violent manner. Despite the circumstances, Andrew has continued his work with "Race for Peace," and it’s so impactful to see him still advocating for change and peace even in his darkest time. It really makes you think about the long-term effects violence can have on families and communities and emphasizes the need for continued dialogue and education about peaceful conflict resolution. My thoughts are with Andrew and the rest of Jamil's family.

Has anyone else been following the situation surrounding Jamil Howell's tragic death in Philly? It’s so sad how quickly things spiraled out of control. I can't stop thinking about how this has left his two kids without their dad. What a nightmare for his family, especially his father, Andrew, who’s been fighting against violence for years. Imagine dedicating your life to promoting peace and then having something so violent hit so close to home. The fact that his landlord tried to profit from this tragedy is just appalling. How can people be so heartless? Does anyone know how the community is rallying around Andrew and the kids? I'm hoping they have some support during this terrible time.
