I can’t imagine what Joseph Iavarone's family must be going through right now. Losing someone so unexpectedly has to be devastating, especially under such violent circumstances. As someone with deep ties in the education community, it's hard to think of the students and colleagues who will miss him in the classroom and on the field. One thing that stands out to me is the dynamic between Iavarone and Ballas’s son. Was there a history between them we’re not aware of? It’s so tragic that this escalated to the point it did. Really hoping that the community finds some peace in the midst of this chaos. It's encouraging to see the school district stepping in to help the kids; that support is so crucial during such a tough time.
